By using the RAB software ("the Software"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software strictly in accordance with these terms.
You shall not attempt to modify, decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer the Software. Unauthorized use of the Software, including but not limited to accessing or using it on a device that is not authorized, is strictly prohibited.
The Software can only be run on an authorized device. The device is identified using a unique hardware identifier. Running the Software on an unauthorized device is prohibited.
The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
In no event shall the creators of the Software be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use the Software, even if the creators have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The StockFinder (the automated premium feature that webscrapes daily and buys stocks) is not guaranteed to be 100% accurate. The creators of the Software are not liable for any incorrect information retrieved or any consequences resulting from the use of this feature, including but not limited to:
Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with their brokerage firms' terms and conditions. Users are responsible for monitoring their accounts and trades to ensure they are in line with their investment goals and risk tolerance.
The creators reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Software after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
The creators reserve the right to terminate the license of any user found to be in violation of these terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the creators are based, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
